  • List the key steps to formulate and refine a diagnosis and identify treatment options — including completing a thorough medical and dental history, conducting key clinical examinations, generating a problem list, and applying an iterative, staged treatment approach.

Dr. Peter McDermott

BA, MA, DDS, MSc (Prosthodontics), FRCD(C)

Dr. Peter McDermott is a Canadian board-certified prosthodontist and is currently an Assistant Professor and the Assistant Director, Quality Improvement in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. He completed his specialty training at the University of Toronto in 2005.

He is also a Consultant for the RCDSO in the Quality Department and a Course Provider for the College.
